NxtGen is TiE’s exclusive membership platform designed for the next generation of entrepreneurs emerging from within the TiE community. It offers young founders, future leaders, and successors of Charter Members a structured path to connect, collaborate, learn, and grow within TiE’s powerful global network.
Built to bridge youth ambition with experienced leadership, NxtGen provides access to mentorship, peer learning, global exposure, and entrepreneurial resources—equipping the next generation to build impactful, scalable ventures.
NxtGen Membership is open to young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders who meet any of the following criteria:
Age Requirement
- Must be between 21 and 32 years old.
Eligible Groups
- TiE Alumni: Graduates of TYE, TiE U, and TiE Women programs seeking continued engagement with TiE.
- Charter Members’ Children: Young adults (21–32) from existing Charter Member families who are involved in family businesses or pursuing their own entrepreneurial journey.
- Early-Stage Entrepreneurs: Individuals at the beginning of their startup or entrepreneurial path.
- Founders of Incorporated Startups: Entrepreneurs who have incorporated a company and reached MVP or pre-revenue stage.
- Next-Gen Business Leaders: Successors of Charter Members who have joined or are preparing to join family enterprises.

ASSOCIATE
The TiE Associate Membership is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs, young professionals, and aspiring founders who are ready to accelerate their business journey. It provides a gateway to TiE’s global network of industry leaders, mentors, and accomplished entrepreneurs.
Associates gain access to curated learning opportunities, practical insights, and meaningful peer-to-peer connections—helping them build skills, strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, and navigate the path from idea to growth with confidence.
Applicants may apply directly or be referred by an existing TiE member. Ideal candidates include:
- Early-stage entrepreneurs, startup founders, or small-business owners (from ideation to operational stages)
- Professionals or aspiring founders seeking exposure to entrepreneurship
- Individuals with demonstrated entrepreneurial intent or initial market traction
- SMEs or business operators contributing to job creation or market impact

MEMBER
TiE Corporate Membership is designed for forward-thinking businesses and organizations seeking to actively engage with the global entrepreneurial ecosystem. This membership provides a unique platform for corporations to connect with innovative startups, industry leaders, and TiE’s extensive network of successful entrepreneurs. Up to two senior representatives (Director level and above) from the organization can participate, gaining access to opportunities for collaboration, thought leadership, and strategic insights.
- Membership is by invitation only from existing TiE Charter Members.
- Prospective corporate members undergo a screening process to ensure alignment with TiE’s mission and values.
