Jesse Bardo is a vice president in Early Stage Practice for SVB in Boston, where he helps Boston’s early stage founders build amazing businesses in one of the world’s best innovation ecosystem..
To this end, he connects entrepreneurs with Boston’s accelerators, universities and partners, as well as internal SVB staff, to help his clients scale.
Jodi Collier is the Executive Director of Launchpad Venture Group, a Boston based angel network with a portfolio of 70+ active investments.
She is responsible for overseeing deal flow, membership and events. Launchpad’s 150 members put over $10M to work each year supporting early stage companies in a variety of verticals including enterprise software, medical device/life sciences, ed tech and clean tech. To this end, he connects entrepreneurs with Boston’s accelerators, universities and partners, as well as internal SVB staff, to help his clients scale.
Diane Gordon is an accomplished C-level executive and strategic General Manager with over 25 years of driving retention and growth by creating scalable infrastructure in support of profitable P&Ls and customer loyalty, the basis for minimizing churn.
Diane’s career includes executive roles in customer care, operations, marketing, product development, product management and corporate development.
Ian Mashiter is currently managing director of the Boston University BUild Lab in this position he is responsible for the entrepreneurship programs that the school runs as part of Innovate@BU.
He is a senior lecturer at Boston University where he teaches entrepreneurship and strategy to MBA and undergraduate students in the Questrom School of Business.
Katie Mulligan is an Associate at Pillar, an early-stage venture firm in Boston. Katie joined Pillar from Northeastern University, where she held positions as both the Investment Lead and Community Lead for IDEA, the school’s Venture Accelerator.
Katie managed the Gap Fund, a $10,000 non-equity seed grant for ventures in the later stages of IDEA’s program.

Ravijit Paintal is the CEO of a start-up developing autonomous ocean-going vessels for marine data acquisition. He has hands-on field experience in global Oilfield Services provider and driving sales growth and operations improvements.
