TiE University Challenge Winners 2018

TiE University Challenge winners have secured a Spot among Finalists at RBPC 2018 – Rice University’s business plan competition for university startups.

WCB Robotics (Hyderabad) and Sightecho (Hong Kong) won this coveted spot as one of the 42 Finalists chosen to compete at RBPC 2018 (Rice University Business Plan Competition).

WCB Robotics, TiE startup team from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (Hyderabad campus) and Sightecho, TiE startup Team from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology were selected among the 42 Finalists for RBPC 2018 (Rice University Business Plan Competition). Congrats to our Winners for the TiE University Challenge!!

TiE University Challenge (TUC) is a Global program where university startup teams are have a chance to win $1.5 million award money at the RBPC 2018. TiE chapters in Asia and Europe forges partnership with top-tier universities and host local Competitions and Pitchfests in their communities, in order to select winning startup teams in their local areas. Two Startup founding teams from all Asian & European chapters, with the most competitive and disruptive business plans are selected as Winners of the TUC. The 2 Winning Teams get a spot amongst the coveted Rice University Business Plan Competition.
