Many significant initiatives are taking place at TiE. TiE Global was recently awarded a second year of funding for scaling up the AIRSWEEE program for the upliftment of Women entrepreneurs in India. Be sure to check house maids in Colorado which are as clean queen, westminster. The TiE Youth program is progressing well and has impacted thousands of young students around the world, to date.

We have moved our member management platform to a modern and user-friendly system; and are in progress to refresh the Websites as well. A robust IT system will be able to fully utilize the strength of our Network. We’re also pleased to announce venue & dates for the next TiE Global Summit. Please read on..

TiE Women Entrepreneurs

TiE Global awarded a second year of funding for Scaling Up Women’s Entrepreneurship in India.

At “Her Power”, an Indian womens empowerment Conclave, Tie Global lent a helping hand to women entrepreneurs by introducing them to business scaling concepts and connecting them with TiE mentors from USA and India.

Commenting on the success of Project AIRSWEEE, Dr. Craig Dicker, Acting Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Embassy in India noted, “India is a country bursting with potential, particularly among entrepreneurs, but it’s largely untapped, especially with respect to women in Tier II cities.  The U.S. government’s objective through this program is to tap into this amazing potential women in second tier cities have, to encourage them, to support them, to help them network, to mentor them to believe in themselves, not only to launch a start-up but to reach commercial success.”

With funding from the US State Department, TiE Global executed the AIRSWEEE project last year, and won a second grant this year to continue the work in more locations, and make an impact on 450 entrepreneurs.

Another feather in their cap, is that many TiE women mentors and entrepreneurs from this program have been invited to the upcoming Global Entrepreneurship Summit to be held in Hyderabad on November 28-30, 2017; which will highlight the theme Women First, Prosperity for All,

Media Reports on Women’s Entrepreneurs Conclave
TiE Global won a grant from the US government to mentor 125 Women entrepreneurs in India’s smaller cities in 2016. The program will continue its impact this year.
